Ignores Feedback

Ironically they say contact them before leaving a bad review which is exactly what I did, and was ignored.

I dont need your garbage "i" info button on the main main app screen all the time! It takes up useless space and because of it the rest of the buttons are that much smaller. If you had a setting option to turn off help/info for those people who already know how to use your app, the interface would be less cluttered! Stop shoving stuff down peoples throats; typical "our way or the highway" this platform is famous for! Enough with the extra unneeded help buttons; add a setting to hide that garbage button.

You ignore my emails, and so you get a 1 star review. It would take you 5 minutes of coding to add a setting to hide that "i"nfo button.
